LONDON: Pakistan’s former premier and
President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz
Sharif is expected to leave London for Islamabad today.
The former premier is sch
eduled to land in Islamabad via a Pakistan International Airlines flight on Thursday.
On Friday, Nawaz
Sharif is expected to appear before the accountability court that is hearing corruption reference cases lodged against him and his family.
During the last hearing regarding corruption references, the accountability court issue
d bailable arrest warrants against Nawaz for missing the hearing and proceedings were adjourned till November 3.

Sharif is accompanying his wife and other family members as his wife is currently undergoes treatment for Lymphoma.
While talking to media on Tuesday, the former prime minister said that t
he decisions surrounding minus and plus formulas are the right of the public and voters and not that of individuals.
